چکیده

Biostimulators with chemical protection are a challenge in sustainable agriculture to obtain high yield, healthy, and pesticide-free wheat. The aim of this four-year spring wheat field experiment was assess the effectivity using herbicide, mixed fungicides protection, humic biostimulator. following treatments were tested: biostimulator (S), sulfosulfuron (H), H + S, propiconazole cyproconazole/spiroxamin tebuconazole triadimenol (H F1 F2), F2 S. Evaluations yield fungal diseases (Septoria tritici blotch, eyespot, sharp Fusarium spp.) performed visual qPCR methods. Thirteen mycotoxins analyzed by LC–MS/MS. Infestations six weeds examined visually. Temperatures precipitation data vegetative seasons monitored. Precipitation most affected occurrence leaf despite same chemical/biostimulator (up 48% Septoria blotch severity for S treatment). highest mean obtained (5.27 t ha−1), while lowest level (221.68 µg kg−1). For greater reduction determined compared treatment (27.18%), as well higher eyespot (18%) (24%). In 2017–2020, effective weed infestation spp. DNA on ears indicated (16 g 0.88 pg g−1 DNA, respectively). greatest saved production value (196.15€)

Genetic Heritability for Grain Yield and Its Related Characters in Spring Wheat (triticum Aestivum L.)

Seven F3 progenies and their 8 parental lines of spring wheat were evaluated for some genetic parameters viz., coefficient of variability (Cv), genetic variance (Vg), heritability percentage (h %) and genetic advance (GA) in 7 quantitative characters (grain yield and its associated traits). Highly significant (p≤0.01) differences were observed for all the characters viz. plant height, number of...

Response of Spring Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Quality Traits and Yield to Sowing Date

The unpredictability and large fluctuation of the climatic conditions in rainfed regions do affect spring wheat yield and grain quality. These variations offer the opportunity for the production of better quality wheat. The effect of variable years, locations and sowing managements on wheat grain yield and quality was studied through field experiments using three genotypes, three locations for ...

Effects of elevated carbon dioxide and ozone on the growth and yield of spring wheat [Triticum aestivum L)

Spring wheat cv. Minaret was grown under three carbon dioxide (C02) and two ozone (O3) concentrations from seedling emergence to maturity in open-top chambers. Under elevated CO2 concentrations, the green leaf area index of the main shoot was increased, largely due to an increase in green leaf area duration. Biomass increased linearly in response to increasing CO2 (ambient, 550 and 680 ppm). At...

Effects of Cadmium on Chemical Markers in Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Yield Production

A greenhouse experiment was conducted in 2013 in Research Lab of Karaj Islamic Azad University to determine the yield and activity of chemical markers as the response to different concentrations of Cadmium (Cd) (0, 5, 10 and 20 mg of Cd/kg of soil) in wheat cultivars (Karaj 1 and Karaj 2). Treatments were tested in a factorial experiment with four replications in 7.5 kg plastic pots. The respon...

Assessing variety mixture of continuous spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) on grain yield and flour quality in Northeast China

Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) variety mixtures represent a relatively unexplored avenue for maintaining yield and improving flour quality. A field experiment was conducted to examine the responses of three spring wheat varieties in pure variety and in variety mixtures under continuous cropping in Northeast China. Three modern spring wheat varieties, along with a three-variety mixture and a t...
